It’s hard to believe that my three years at NBBI are finished. Attending Bible school was never in my plans but they were in His, and the past few years have been amazing!
I was born into a Christian family and was saved at the age of four. I first heard of NBBI when I was invited to a Teen Retreat and it was during my last teen retreat that I knew God was leading me to Bible school.
To sum up the last three years in a few short paragraphs is impossible! Learning from classes, chapels and personal study has been great. While learning how to apply what I had learned to my life may not have always been easy, it was always good. The ministry opportunities at school stretched me and made me grow in ways I never thought they would; and participating in music groups and on mission teams were incredible experiences that I’m so thankful for. You really learn the importance of prayer and what it really means to rely on God and to trust Him with everything.
In the fall I will be attending a school in Nova Scotia and I know that what I have learned over the past years here will help me with whatever God has planned for me.
