Pastoral Opportunity — Wells Branch Baptist Church
The Wells Branch Baptist Church is seeking a bi-vocational Pastor. Established in the early 1800s, the church is known for its welcoming congregation and forward-looking ministry with a strong emphasis on cultivating personal relationships with Jesus Christ.
Located in southern Maine, the church is approximately 10 minutes from the Kennebunk and Wells exits of the Maine Turnpike. Over the past four years, the congregation has been rebuilding with the support of local churches that have provided pastoral leadership and counsel. Though small, the church is committed to the shared responsibility of the congregation to spread the Gospel.
The surrounding community continues to grow, presenting significant opportunities for ministry. A three-bedroom parsonage is available to accommodate an interim pastor and family or to host church-planting teams.
